After 10+ years in ticket sales, we know organisers have better things to do than crunch numbers. With Hoopla, you keep at least 95% of the price your customers pay – simple as that. And if your event is free, so are we.
As part of our "First year is free"-campaign, we will pay out all ticket fees collected during your first year with Hoopla, directly to you. These proceeds will be paid out in their own settlements, alongside the standard settlement from your ticket sales, after your event(s) are held. Subject to certain terms.
When creating tickets, you will be asked to fill in the amount you want to keep for each ticket, and we will add our fee on top of that. If you need to find the price to set to get a given price towards your customers, you can use the handy calculator below, or within the system itself when you create your ticket.
